By accessing and using NSR's mobile applications (the "Apps"), including but not limited to our Notes App, Expense Tracker, Realtime Chat, E-commerce App, and LinkedIn-type social networking app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our Apps may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Apps, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Apps, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Apps.
You may not use our Apps:
If you make a purchase through our E-commerce App or other paid features, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Apps.
The information on this Apps is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSR:
In no event shall NSR or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Apps, even if NSR or a NSR authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on our Apps could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. NSR does not warrant that any of the materials on its Apps are accurate, complete, or current.
NSR has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Apps and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by NSR of the site.
NSR may revise these terms of service for its Apps at any time without notice. By using these Apps you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
